Prosper Machine Tool and Texas Machine Tools management, sales and service teams
Prosper Machine Tools, LLC has acquired Texas Machine Tools International (TMI), LLC Service Division. They will operate as one company with Prosper Machine Tools and TMI, LLC both appearing in communications. Bill Schafer will be taking over as Service Manager for the combined entities. There are currently 10 service technicians ready to serve customers throughout the state of Texas.

"The merger will create a more comprehensive infrastructure with faster response times. This is a merging of two highly compatible companies that have both served the industry for many years."
Prosper Machine Tools will continue to offer the same services as before including new machine tool sales, used machine tool sales, asset relocations, shipping, rigging, installation, as well as trouble shooting all equipment types. With the merger, it will additionally expand its offerings to include laser interferometer calibration of CNC machines, laser measurement and alignment services using an API Laser Tracker and comprehensive PM programs for manufacturing equipment.

"Our head office remains in Waco at our existing facilities, and will be supported as needed by the Prosper team.
