Shop Floor Automations and Scytec will exhibit the Scytec DataXchange OEE machine monitoring system at FABTECH.
"DataXchange empowers manufacturers to increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), utilization and shop floor productivity using innovative IIoT technology," said a spokesperson. It is compatible with a wide variety of fabrication, metalcutting and manual machines. DataXchange provides OEE reports, charts, dashboards, operator interfaces, mobile apps and notifications to enable faster decision making with actionable data. "Use real-time data to trigger notifications, identify bottlenecks and prevent maintenance issues for reduced downtime and increased profits," added the spokesperson.
Scytec DataXchange experts will be on hand in the Shop Floor Automations booth to answer machine monitoring questions and demonstrate the configurable data acquisition and real-time dashboard that is designed to meet the data collection needs of small facilities as well as large multi-site manufacturing enterprise level operations.
