Benders Offer New Touchscreen Controls

Ercolina's rotary draw SB48-TC Super Bender and TB60-TC Top Bender are designed for producing consistent quality bends in pipe, tube, squares, rectangular, solids and other profiles.
SB48-TC bends to a 2" capacity, TB60-TC to a 2-1/2" capacity and both to a center line radius as small as 2D. These models offer an easy-to-read windows-based touchscreen control that displays machine position, current status and alarm functions on one screen for greater convenience. The new and intuitive graphic interface indicates bend angle, springback and bend speed for each angle within the program.
The machines automatically monitor and adjust bending speed throughout bend cycle, providing maximum torque while protecting machine components. The patented swing away counter bend die vise offers easy loading and unloading of workpiece and is monitored electronically for greater accuracy. Right or left hand bending is available with a vise accessory.
An optional 2-axis positioning table increases productivity and versatility when bending multiple and sequential bends. The classic Ercolina Top Bender design reduces floor space requirements and stores easily to save shop floor space.
