Titletown Manufacturing Moves into Larger Facility

Titletown Manufacturing, an established Green Bay-area metal machining and fabrication specialist, has moved operations from its long-time Allouez location to a larger facility in Ashwaubenon to accommodate increasing business demands and enhanced capabilities.

Titletown Manufacturing's new facility at 817 Marquis Way features 40,000 sq. ft. of space, double the size of its previous location. It includes a spacious assembly bay and three times the space for office operations, including dedicated offices for programming and engineering.

"This facility gives us the ability to complete more full assembly jobs in addition to the machining and fabrication expertise for which we are best known," said Chris Fuss, Titletown Manufacturing's co-owner and Director of Sales. "Our business has been showing consistent growth, which makes this move a good investment for us today as well as the future."

Fuss continued, "Taking parts we make and assembling them into end products saves time and money, and in-house production enables us to conduct first-hand quality control at multiple steps of the process. Our combination of steel fabrication services and assembly of machine parts results in tight-tolerance, high-performance final projects."

A major advantage of the new building is having enough square footage to store product so test runs can be conducted prior to shipment. Tissue wrappers, slitters and bag machines are some of the projects that benefit from the ability to complete assembly of machine parts and test the final product.

A dedicated assembly bay gives the team space for assembly of machine parts, complete with sole plates embedded into the floor for leveling mainframes.

A temperature-controlled inspection room provides a stable environment for Titletown Manufacturing's quality control team to confirm the accuracy of parts and other project details prior to shipping.

Titletown Manufacturing has employment openings for seasoned CNC machinists as it keeps pace with increasing business. Call 920-435-9074 to inquire.
