Doerken Corporation USA Appoints President

Doerken Corporation USA, an operating unit of Dörken MKS-Systeme, Herdecke, Germany, and a manufacturer of corrosion protection coating systems for a variety of parts, has announced the appointment of Kent Anderson as President. Dr. Martin Welp, CEO Dörken MKS-Systeme made the announcement.

Frederick Schultz will lead the Doerken Corporation USA sales team as Director of Technical Sales. Schultz will report to Anderson.

Welp said, "The appointment of Kent represents the next step in our continued growth plan for the North American market. His knowledge of industry and his experience in leadership and management roles will serve our customers with the highest standard of support. Our success has come about through the efforts of a dedicated staff and Kent will continue that tradition."

Anderson added, "I am excited to be part of the Doerken Group and look forward to the challenges to further continue our growth. A solid foundation has been laid in North America and I intend to lead the Dörken team by continuing to provide ongoing improvements in products and services to better serve our licensees and customers."

Anderson was previously Director of Sales and Customer Director for Federal Mogul Powertrain. Prior to that he was Sales Manager at Elring Klinger, and held various positions with The Alpha Group.
