The MF 1 VKP machines are subject to rigorous quality control both during production and during final testing prior to shipment from KNUTH USA. The MF 1 VKP includes features such as a 3-axis swivel head, automatic drill feeds and variable speed 3,600 RPM R8 spindle.
Available with or without recirculating ball screws for maximum precision and accuracy, these machines feature a 9" x 49" table and 30" x 11" x 15" travels.

For example, the standard equipment package on the MF 1 VKP includes the following items: 3-axis digital readout, X-axis automatic table feed, auto drawbar, coolant system, central lubrication, chip tray, table guards, spindle guard and LED work light.
One of the most recent updates to this model includes a stainless steel control panel mounted on an articulating arm, to hold the DRO and all of the additional controls such as coolant on/off switch, spindle direction switch and e-stop.
Available options include a Y-axis power feed, vises, clamping kits, collet chucks and collet sets, dividing heads and rotary tables. These machines can also be retrofitted with a Fagor 3-axis CNC control package.
