Fortune's new vertical machining center Vcenter-P136 with FANUC Oi-MF and 10.4" display, AICC2 (200 blocks) and MGi as standard on this new model.
Vcenter-P136 features:
- FANUC Oi-MF with 10.4" display, MGi and VSS standard
- LED light on the spindle nose standard
- High rapid feed rate: 1,260/1,260/1,260 IPM
- High acceleration: 0.4G/0.4G/0.5G without telescopic covers attached
- High speed spindle: 12,000 RPM direct coupling spindle (DCS) standard (optional 15,000 RPM)
- Higher power spindle: 15/20/25 HP
- Spindle chiller standard
- BIGPLUS CT-40 spindle as standard
- 30 tool magazine standard
- Heavy duty roller guides standard
- Two augers standard. If no chip conveyor, another auger to move out of chips standard.
- Auto door underneath of magazine to prevent the coolant and chips standard
- Large flow rate coolant pump as standard
- Tight guarding on top of machine standard
- Electrical counter balance standard.
