Royal Machine Manual Index 801 Chuck features redesigned eccentric adjustable lever pin assembly, newly added hardened bushings at index wear points and redesigned center cover for easier access to drawbar or drawtube connection adjustment.
Royal Machine & Tool's newly designed Manual Index Chuck Series incorporates three new features: a redesigned eccentric adjustable lever pin assembly, hardened bushings added at index wear points, and a redesigned center cover for ease of service to the activation.
"The redesigned eccentric adjustable lever pin assembly permits finer adjustment of the centerline and greater ease of adjustment, thus reducing downtime," said Guy Byrne, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Royal Machine & Tool Corp. "Adding hardened bushings at index wear points allows better wear capabilities and longer intervals between replacements. Redesigning the center cover provides easier access to the drawbar or drawtube connection adjustment."
Royal Machine & Tool's Manual Index 801 Chuck Series is available from 12" to 37".
