New Quick Change Master Jaw

QCS Workholding has announced the addition of a new retrofit bolt on quick change chuck jaw to the existing J-LOC quick change chuck jaw product line. This jaw is designed specifically for use on manual self-centering scroll chucks. The jaw system may be used for either outside diameter or inside diameter clamping.
QCS Workholding has combined two of its existing master jaw designs into one versatile design. The new master jaw uses both the tongue and groove style insert and the NR helical pin type quick change inserts. The inserts may be changed in 10 seconds or less per jaw with .0005" repeatable accuracy. Systems are available for 8", 10" and 12" diameter self-centering scroll chucks.
