Concept Machine Appoints Service Manager

Concept Machine Tool - Wisconsin (CMT) has announced the appointment of Dan Zangerle as Service Manager. Zangerle has been with Concept Machine Tool for five years as a Service Technician. Prior to joining the CMT team, he was the Service Manager for nine years with a local distributor.
Zangerle brings to the Service Manager position over 21 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with a background in CNC repair. His experience includes: customer service phone support, troubleshooting of machine problems, parts ordering and pre-installation requirements of machines, machine installation scheduling, field service scheduling, parts management and shipping and rigging.
"Dan Zangerle is a valuable asset to our organization. Dan's role is critical in helping CMT to continuously improve its service and applications operations, along with departmental goals and objectives. He already knows the products and manufacturing market well and will be able to transition easily," said Concept Machine Tool's Manager Bob Jurack.
