As of January 1, 2026, Richard Weber, long-standing CEO of REGO-FIX AG in Tenniken, Switzerland, has handed over operational leadership to Pascal Forrer. After a careful evaluation process, the company's Board of Directors unanimously appointed Forrer as the new CEO.

Forrer has been with REGO-FIX since 2018 and has been responsible for strengthening the company's international focus in marketing and sales. With more than 20 years of experience in the machining industry and a strong market-driven approach, he has contributed significantly to the sustainable global growth of the REGO-FIX Group. His appointment as CEO is the result of a long-term succession plan.

Richard Weber has assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors, focusing on the strategic direction of the REGO-FIX Group. Together with his brothers Andreas and Stefan Weber, both members of the Board of Directors, he will continue to take responsibility for the family-owned company.
