New Welding Positioner Series

Pemamek Ltd. has introduced its new welding positioner series, PEMA Skymaster PRO.
The PEMA Skymaster PRO series expands the handling capabilities of previous Skymaster positioners with new intelligent PRO- software that enables pre-programming of work cycles and handling positions. "Due to the visual software tool, the operator gains better understanding of the overall production, improves manufacturing capacity and saves time especially in serial production," said a company spokesperson.
"The PEMA Skymaster PRO is a breakthrough in the welding positioner markets. In the innovation and development process, we have given specific attention to the visuals and easy usage. The software can memorize numerous welding positions, so the valuable knowledge each welder has can be saved and applied for later use," said Marko Nieminen, Pemamek's Software and Automation Technology Manager. "Additionally, the new software brings new dimensions to the service and maintenance of the welding positioner. Also, electronic maintenance features and visual online diagnostic will enable high reliability for future use."
The PRO dashboard can be managed with a mobile, tablet or laptop device. The wireless connection between the welding positioner and digital device is based on WiFi.
"The WiFi connection between the digital device and PEMA Skymaster PRO welding positioner is created simply by scanning the unique QR code that each positioner has. The benefits of new PEMA Skymaster PRO come out especially with repetitive workpieces and serial production," said Pemamek Product Manager Juho Vuori.
Currently, the PRO feature comes as a standard for Skymaster models with handling capacity from 750 kg up to 35,000 kg.
