Single-Source Solution for Oil and Gas Skids

"Oil and gas producers are leveraging the comprehensive expertise of Robinson for oil and gas skids that meet safety requirements as well as production requirements. Robinson, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer, completes every step of oil and gas skid fabrication and assembly in-house for ultimate quality control," said a company spokesperson.

Robinson serves as a single-source solutions provider for oil and gas process skids. This includes ASME vessel fabrication, B31 piping, automation and controls, and assembly of the entire system. A recent upgrade to its painting facilities gives Robinson the ability to paint or powder coat completed skids, as well as individual parts. Quick drying ovens allow finished skids to be shipped within 24 hours after painting.

"Robinson's oil and gas skid fabrication takes customer designs and delivers a turn-key solution to your specifications. This provides the efficiency of a single point of contact for our customers and eliminates the uncertainties that come with subcontractor lead times and quality control. Just as important, our ability to deliver completed oil and gas skids reduces construction and assembly times at your location," said the spokesperson.

Robinson has multiple certifications including ASME, B31.1 and B31.3, ISO, S, U and R stamps. "These certifications and associated procedures are crucial to the safe production of oil and gas process skids. Our certification, experience and facilities support timely fabrication, assembly, inspection and shipments," said the spokesperson.

Robinson production facilities enable it to handle large-scale solutions including compression skids, separation skids and filtration skids. Standalone applications such as slug catchers, scrubbers and adsorption vessels are also within Robinson's area of expertise. If needed, teams can erect enclosures around oil and gas skids depending on requirements and final location environment considerations.
