Expandable Witte Vacuum Chucks

IBAG North America has announced the new Witte modular style vacuum slot chucks designed to provide expanded clamping surfaces to meet a range of application requirements. These modular slot chucks are available in 200 x 300 mm, 300 x 400 mm and 400 x 600 mm sizes.
Equipped with connection elements that function as quick couplings, expansion is fast and easy, allowing for the clamping surface or work area to be configured in two directions as needed. For example, one chuck with a 200 x 300 mm may be extended to 200 x 600 or 300 x 400 to suit more efficient surface usage for higher production capability. Designed for small parts work, these slot chucks are suitable for light milling and drilling applications including engraving for parts larger than 25 x 25 mm.
