Hydraulic Fixtures Maximize the Capability of HMCs

Multiple load hydraulic fixtures from Royal Machine & Tool Corp. have a capacity of locating up to 72 parts on each fixture, resulting in maximizing the capability of horizontal machining centers (HMCs). In the system illustrated, the fixture holds 24 parts with a control valve for each row for easy loading and unloading.
Designed and built in the USA to custom requirements for use on HMCs, the fixtures provide the means to perform more operations on more parts, increasing overall productivity.
The fixtures are designed with completely internal hydraulic circuitry (excluding any exposed piping-reducing chip pockets) for easier cleanup.
Depending on the required system, multiple column hydraulic configurations of the fixtures are also available and designed to hold multiple parts per side for first or secondary operation on HMCs.
