The I-Wave2 from Marposs is a rechargeable wireless gauge designed for dimensional inspection in the workshop environment. It features an integrated 1.8" TFT color screen, ergonomic design, gauge stand with inductive recharging system and IP67 protection rating.
Any mechanical gauge head with an M10, M6 or M3.5 thread can be mounted with an adapter that converts the handle to a plug, snap or depth gauge. Customers can choose among three systems, Standard Lock, Star-Lock and Star-Adjust, to quickly carry out gauge head changeover.
An intuitive 1.8" TFT graphical color display with automatic orientation allows immediate visualization of the measurement value. By pressing one of the gauge's twin buttons, the measurement can be automatically uploaded via secure radio transmission to the gauge computer at a distance of up to 10 m. The I-Wave2 offers seamless synchronization with the gauge computer but can also be operated in stand-alone mode.
The i-Wave2 handle contains quick charging Li-Ion battery, and is supplied with an inductive charging stand to help ensure 24/7 use.
