Waterjet Now Available in Kit Form

WARDJet has announced the WARDKit Series of waterjets, a system now available in a kit form.

"The WARDKit is virtually identical to our highly accurate Emerald Series of waterjets, from tank design and manufacturing down to the cutting head, and for about 40% lower cost," said a company spokesperson. "The control software included is identical to all of WARDJet's high-end systems. This same software is used to run the large format combination 5-axis waterjet and mill currently installed at an aerospace research facility in the United Kingdom."

The WARDKit is manufactured entirely in America and available in 5 x 5, 5 x 10, and 2 x 2 sizes. A WARDKit training course, designed to train customers in assembling waterjets, is also available at WARDJet facilities. The price of a WARDKit includes everything necessary to start waterjet cutting, such as the tank, cutting head, grates, intensifier pump and human machine interface (HMI). The WARDKit also includes access to WARDJet's technical support. Upgrades and options on pump horsepower, controller style and abrasive delivery system are also available.
