Increase Punching Productivity with Parts Chute

EUROMAC has introduced a large parts chute that is available from COMEQ, Inc. This automatic parts chute, which is optional for 50" and 60" Y-axis EUROMAC punching machines, allows users to avoid micro-joints, reducing labor costs and secondary operations, according to the company. With this chute it becomes possible to unload finished parts up to 47.24" x 35" without any operator involvement.

"The parts chute, combined with the FLEX punching system, gives any fabricator a flexible punching/forming system that can grow with the business," said a company spokesperson. "The innovative FLEX 12 design allows users to start small, utilizing 21 tools with 12 auto-indexing stations and six B-stations (that are an active die for forming) and grow up to 66 tools with 30 auto-indexing stations - all while sorting small and large parts."

EUROMAC offers punching machines from the BX Mini-Turret model with 40" x 50" table to the FLEX 12 model with a 60" x 100" table. Also available are Digibend horizontal benders and notchers.
