Thin-Sheet Material Cutting Lasers

The TruLaser 1030, manufactured by TRUMPF, is now available with either a CO2 or a solid-state laser.

TRUMPF's TruLaser 1030 fiber with an integrated TruDisk laser provides 3.0 kW of solid-state laser power. "It is a versatile, cost-effective and productive 2D laser cutting system which offers exceptional performance when the application involves cutting thin gauge sheet metal and reflective materials," said a company spokesperson. "The machine's high level of component integration keeps the footprint to a minimum, requiring only half of the floor space of a typical 5 x 10 ft machine. With an integrated solid-state laser, the TruLaser 1030 fiber is more compact than before."

"We have taken a unique machine and made it even more so by offering fabricators the ability to choose the TruLaser 1030 that best fits their wants and needs, while continuing to offer our customers the utmost in efficiency, productivity and safety," said Stefan Fickenscher, Product Manager of the TruLaser 1030.

TRUMPF provides fabricating machinery and industrial lasers for flexible sheet metal processing.
