The Hon. Paul Montgomery, Mayor of Kingsport, said: "Manufacturing is the bedrock of our country. Every manufacturing job creates more jobs. We are so glad you picked Kingsport for your 10th site."
Kent Brown, President and CEO of OMS, remarked: "We are glad to be here. We found a state, city and chamber that was willing to work with us. You have all been helpful from the beginning, and we thank you for that."
