SIMTEK offers a range of adjustable-length clamping holders. This includes the simturn DX clamp holders with length adjustability and ME clamping principle, the simturn PX carrier tool solution for internal machining and the simturn AX range for boring holes.
These versatile simturn DX clamp holders offer an improved solution for internal machining, can be precisely and continuously adjusted in length and are particularly suited for use in small series production, according to SIMTEK. Due to their length adjustability, they can be flexibly adapted to the machining of a wide variety of components. Available in sizes D07 (lengths from 20.0 mm to 55.0 mm), D10 (lengths from 31.0 mm to 87.5 mm) and D14 (lengths from 42.0 mm to 124.0 mm), these holders cover lengths from 20.0 mm to 124.0 mm. SIMTEK's ME clamping principle offers increased stability and precision so they can be adapted to the respective requirements.

Within the simturn AX product group, SIMTEK is also launching a length-adjustable solution for boring holes from O 47 mm. Due to the ME clamping principle, the usable length of the cutting inserts can be continuously and precisely adapted to the respective requirements, which increases efficiency and productivity in production.
