Structural Steel Insert for Holemaking

Allied Machine and Engineering will be showcasing the structural steel GEN3SYS XT Pro at FABTECH in booth A3261. The GEN3SYS XT Pro structural steel insert (XTST) is designed for holemaking in beams and plates. It is engineered to provide enhanced chip formation and toughness to overcome the challenges faced in structural steel applications.

"The upgraded structural steel insert has been completely redesigned to improve throughput and cut operational costs by extending tool life and increasing penetration rates-allowing consistency to be achieved in structural steel applications. The XT Pro structural steel insert, which is stocked in common structural steel hole sizes, is designed to run most effectively in the GEN3SYS XT Pro structural steel holder and is available in 1.5xD, 3xD, 5xD and 7xD lengths.
