EHRT North America Adds to Service Team

EHRT North America, Inc. has added to its service team with the hire of William Laukat, a veteran and CNC machinist, who retired from the military in September after 24 years. The bus bar fabrication equipment distributor, which specializes in copper, aluminum and steel, will have Laukat service its lines of bending and punching machines.

"I have been around machines my whole career, from combat situations to corporate warehouses, as an operator and in maintenance. You have to be able to understand the whole picture to get to a solution in the quickest way possible and I am able to do that," said Laukat.

In addition to installing, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery, Laukat will participate in a variety of educational events throughout the year to stay updated on the latest in fabrication technology and automation software.

"Service has to be a priority in this industry because it is a key aspect to success," ENA National Sales Manager Dennis Schwartzmiller stated. "When a customer needs support, you want them to receive the best and with Will's extensive knowledge and technical skill, we are confident he will be a valued resource."

EHRT offers manufacturing support in after sales service, from remote access software guidance and customized personal training to navigating corrective action procedures for bending and punching optimization.
