Jrlon, Inc. Acquires RotaDyne's Engineered Products Division

Jrlon Inc., headquartered in Palmyra, NY, has announced the acquisition of RotaDyne's Engineered Products Division (EPD) located in Spencerport, NY. "Providing a range of complementary manufacturing services, EPD supports Jrlon's continued growth plans and accelerates entry into new and adjacent markets," said a company spokesperson.

Jrlon Inc. is a privately held custom manufacturer of specialty metal and high performance plastic products. It is a provider of molding, machining and industrial coating of fluoropolymers, and offers injection molding, compression molding, CNC machining, industrial coating, complete gear manufacturing and assembly services.

Employing a staff of 33, EPD is a provider of compression molding elastomers and precision CNC machining. "EPD provides an exciting opportunity for Jrlon Inc. The additional capabilities strengthen and extend the services offered by Jrlon," said the spokesperson.

The acquisition of EPD adds elastomer molding to Jrlon's list of core competencies and broadens the scope of its precision machining. Chad Redmond, Jrlon, Inc. Co-Owner and CFO, added, "This is a tremendous opportunity for us. Our businesses complement each other very well-there is a lot of synergy there. We have similar core strengths, but are in almost completely separate markets. We see this as an incredible opportunity to cross sell and markedly improve our ability to exceed our customers' expectations."
