BLM GROUP USA has announced William (Bill) J. Nygaard as the new Director of Service.
Nygaard has over 20 years of diverse customer service management experience with an emphasis on strategic growth. Before joining the BLM GROUP, he served key roles with Kubota, Caterpillar and Komatsu. Nygaard is an active member and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Service Managers (NASM).
