Vero Software Hires Outside Sales Account Manager

Vero Software has hired new Outside Sales Account Manager Bill Horvat, based in Delavan, WI, to represent its Surfcam and Edgecam brands.

Having worked for former Surfcam reseller Programming Plus, Inc., Horvat is well acquainted with Vero solutions and the ever-evolving needs of its customers.

"I have worked with Surfcam for well over 20 years," said Horvat. "I started right out of high school running machines when I was 17, and have been working with CNC machines all my adult life."

Horvat began his career with a machine tool supplier in his early 20s and traveled extensively for four years until he settled down to work as a programmer, set-up technician and operator for CNC mills and lathes. His experience with CNC software and machinery led to a long-term position with Programming Plus.

"I started my career there in technical support and training on Surfcam and other products, and eventually moved in to a sales position where I stayed through my tenure, performing software demonstrations and sales functions," Horvat said. "I will always be appreciative and grateful for the friendship and family environment of working for Programming Plus, and I look forward to enjoying the same working with Vero."
