XStream XP90-100 Intensifier Pump

Jet Edge offers its XStream XP90-100 Intensifier Pump.

The pump features heavy gauge sheet metal covers and all steel welded framework. A hinged cover and removable access panels allow for convenient machine inspection and maintenance. Other features include integral hydraulic reservoir, sound insulated for quiet operation and NEMA 12/13 rated electrical enclosure.

Standard features:

• High efficiency TEFC motor
• 1,500 or 1,800 nominal motor speed (RPM)
• Electronically shifted intensifiers
• Wye-Delta soft start with disconnect
• Fail-safe high-pressure attenuator
• Safety shutdown systems
• Automatic safety pressure bleed-down valve

• Axial piston, variable displacement, pressure-compensated hydraulic pump

• Full load amps @ 460 vac: (60 Hz) 124

The pump features two single piston, dual plunger, reciprocating intensifiers. Operating pressure is 75,000 PSI (5,200 bar).

Reservoir capacity is 55 gallons (208 liters). The unit offers 10 micron filtration. The unit measures 86" L x 40" W x 55" H.
