Palletization and Automation Solutions

System 3R offers a wide range of palletization and automation solutions.

"Competition in the manufacturing industry is high and must be met with increased flexibility, higher quality products and greater productivity," said a GF Machining Solutions spokesperson. "System 3R automation keeps production running whatever the time of day or day of the week. The result is shorter lead times, higher productivity and a quicker payback of capital invested in machines."

According to the company, a system 3R automated cell can be effective for long runs, short runs and even one off manufacturing. "Increased capacity does not always mean increased productivity," said the spokesperson. "The real challenge lies in raising the profitability of the business at the same time. System 3R automation and tooling helps make machines efficient by working smarter."

System 3R tooling is used in die/mold and precision production part palletization with systems that can handle sizes from less than 1" to systems that can handle infinite sizes of parts with the accuracy.

System 3R automation solutions range from single machine loading to multiple machines and processes loaded in linear cells capable of up to 760 kgs tied together with a user friendly WorkShop Manager Software. System 3R also offers an automation concept that can grow with the customers' business with its Transformer line for automation. This system has an open architecture which allows the customer to purchase a system 3R Robot for a single process and then add processes and capacity as the customers' requirements grow.
