CMSE, LLC announced that it has now added CNC sales to its business, bringing in an extensive lineup of machines to help customers throughout New England improve productivity. The company will hold an open house to showcase some of its new machines on October 28.
Bob Cloutier started CMSE, LLC six years ago (June 2020) as a CNC service provider with six field service technicians and in-house tech support. They cover most lines and brands, bringing on decommissioning, recommissioning, and relocation services. With 45 years - experience under his belt, leading a team came naturally to him. Engineering services for field retrofits, controller upgrades, rotary tables, and other related projects were added to the service offerings. The team now approaches 150 years of total experience.
In 2026, Cloutier added a CNC sales side to the business, including bringing on Keven Niland as a Sales Account Manager. Niland has over 40 years - experience in manufacturing in the New England area, expanding the offering to customers with WIA, Okamoto, You Ji, Lico, Johnford, Milltronics, Enshu, Accutex, APEC CNC, Shimada, Nexturn Swiss, Ugint, Precihole, Ocean Technologies, QuickTech and Tongtai Machinery.
"With this extensive line up, there is little that we do not have a solution for," noted Niland.
Cloutier emphasized that their primary goal will always be customer satisfaction and CNC equipment uptime. "These are our founding principles. We want your trust and we expect to earn it," he said. "In the meantime, if you would rather buy new, we can handle that too. While I am the president of our company, I am also not afraid to go out on a service call. I have no problems getting dirty fixing your machine."
