Scotchman Industries will showcase its latest metal fabrication equipment at FABTECH 2026 in Booth C919, where attendees can experience live demonstrations of machinery designed for cutting, punching, bending, shaping, and finishing metal.

Ironworkers:
- 5014-ET: 50-ton hydraulic ironworker featuring a three-station revolving turret punch
- 5014-EC: Punches holes up to 1-1/4" in 1/2" material and features Scotchman's component tool table for increased versatility
- FI 125: New fully integrated ironworker with 125-ton punching capacity for demanding fabrication applications
- 6509-24M: Single-operator ironworker with four built-in workstations for efficient multifunction fabrication
- DO120/200-24M: Dual-operator ironworker with five built-in workstations, allowing multiple operations simultaneously
- DO150/240-24M: Heavy-duty dual-operator ironworker with five built-in workstations for high-production environments.
Cold saws:
- CPO 350 with Digital Quick Stop: Manual 14" cold saw equipped with a digital length gauge for accurate repeat cuts
- CPO 350 VS PKPD: Semi-automatic cold saw with a programmable stop for increased productivity
- CPO 350 with AutoLoader: Fully automatic sawing system featuring BIM software integration and inkjet printing capabilities
- SUP 600 fully automatic Upcut saw: High-capacity precision saw engineered for nonferrous materials
- GAA 500 90: Large capacity precision saw for cutting aluminum, copper, plastic, and other nonferrous metals at 90°. Capable of drilling and tapping holes.
Hydraulic press:
- PressPro 110W MT: A 110-ton hydraulic press featuring a movable press frame, an extra-wide 1,500 mm working width, movable cylinder, and height-adjustable table for processing larger workpieces.
Pipe Notchers and Belt Sanders (AL 150):
- AL150 grinder/notcher: 6" belt notcher with an adjustable angle range from 20° to 90° for precision tube and pipe notching
- DBS-3 dual belt sander: Stationary dual belt sander designed for fabrication shops that require greater power, precision, and durability than handheld belt sanders.
