Enterprise Automation Named a Best Place to Work in Orange County

Enterprise Automation, A Tetra Tech Company, an automation and digital transformation consulting services provider, announced that the company was named, for the fifth consecutive time, as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Orange County. The awards program was created in 2009 and is a project of the Orange County Business Journal in partnership with Workforce Research Group.

"We are honored to be recognized as one of the best places to work in our community for the fifth consecutive time," said Joshua Riley, Principal at Enterprise Automation. "I applaud our employees for taking an active part in the company's culture to keep Enterprise Automation a unique and rewarding place to grow their careers."

On behalf of the Orange County Business Journal, the Houston-based Workforce Research Group spent months conducting surveys of Orange County workers and management to reach the top of the list of 100 companies to work for.

The employer portion of the survey details policies, practices and benefits. Employees are questioned about engagement, satisfaction, company culture, training, pay and benefits. To be eligible, companies must have at least 15 Orange County-based employees at a local office and have been in business for at least one year. Enterprise Automation offers benefits such as an activity fund, weekly volleyball games, an on-site functional movement trainer and annual athletic racing events.
