Semi-Automatic Dual Mitering Band Saw

Cosen's SH-350DM is an industrial, semi-automatic dual mitering band saw suited for small to medium machine shops, maintenance shops, metal fabrication shops and schools. The machine is able to handle cutting square, round and rectangular solids as well as tubing materials.
The saw comes equipped with a 1" blade, a 2 HP blade motor and the ability to miter cut up 60°, allowing it to reach blade speeds that range from 66-295 ft/min. The scale mounted onto the work bed of the machine makes it easier to get precise angles for cutting, and the manual vise and adjustable down feed give the operator more control. The capacity of the saw allows for larger sizes of both round and rectangular materials to be cut on it.
Specifications include:
- Capacity angle: 0°, 45°, 60°
- Round capacity: 10.2", 7.9", 5.5"
- Rectangular capacity: 7.9" x 13.7", 7.9" x 9.64", 5.5" x 5.5".
The operator's control panel is clearly arranged and located in an ergonomic position next to the work bed. All operator controls are clearly labeled for ease of operation. The electrical components are located inside the control box with the main lockout disconnect on the front of the control box for safety and easy maintenance.
