ALTO CMM for a Range of Inspection Tasks

Nikon Metrology offers the ALTO CMM, a series of small, aluminum design bridge CMMs featuring easy-to-use software for a variety of measurement tasks. From first article to final inspection, fixture calibration to troubleshooting, ALTO is a suitable quality control tool for inspection and production departments.
The small half-gantry design combines aluminum construction, low maintenance air bearings, a high accuracy 0.1 µm optical scale and state-of-the-art electronics with intelligent CMM software for performance and accuracy. ALTO is also available as CNC or manual version, with the option to upgrade to CNC at a later date on-site. ALTO can be configured with a wide range of manual or CNC probe heads such as PH10 PLUS, PH20, MH20i and RTP20.
The accompanying intelligent CMM-Manager software provides highly intuitive operation. Intelligent software tools such as quick-measure and one-click CAD measure guide the user through the inspection and boost CMM productivity. Graphical reports instantly provide a concise analysis of inspection data and can be easily shared with others via web-ready reporting.
