Plastic Pallets Made from Recycled Plastic
November 1, 2017
CTC Plastics recently expanded its line of reusable plastic pallets made from 100% recycled plastic. With more than two decades of manufacturing under its belt, CTC Plastics is a manufacturer of nestable, strong, lightweight thermoplastic composite pallets, and now it is adding stackable pallets to its product line.
CTC's "XTreme Stack-R" is a standard 48" x 40" lightweight pallet weighing about 22 pounds with assembled runners. It is manufactured from a customized blend of 100% recycled plastic allowing the pallet to have more durability, better safety and higher long-term ROIs.
"CTC'S one-way export pallet provides a low cost shipping alternative to wood, making them popular for international shipments," said a company spokesperson.
CTC'S heavy duty reusable pallet is suitable for industries such as automotive, industrial, agricultural, export and others.
The stackable pallet is lightweight and easy to handle. CTC pallets are resistant to pest infestation mold and mildew, as well as being exempt from EU and IPPC-ISPM 15 regulations. Other features include a strong one piece design, easy forklift access and nine footed configuration. The Xtreme Stack-R is available with and without the runners that can be shipped assembled or non-assembled.
