Powerful and Super-Size Rotary Tables

Tecnara Tooling Systems offers a full range of Kitagawa rotary tables, including side and rear-mount models, multi-spindle models, vertical models and TT-series tilting tables with built-in rotary joints. Tecnara will feature Kitagawa rotary tables at WESTEC in booth 1009.

The newly introduced TP530 rotary table is designed for the oil, gas and aerospace industries. This light and compact rotary table can handle pipe and other workpieces up to its 13.6" (345 mm) through-hole diameter.

New for 2015 is the compact CK160 available with and without a seven-port rotary joint and features a thin (3.9") body and small footprint. The new backlash-free RK200 with a roller gear and cam offers high-speed indexing up to 100 RPM. The RK200 comes with a clamping mechanism for added rigidity.

All Kitagawa rotary tables feature a large worm gear module that provides a large area of contact between the worm and wheel gear. A new alloy is designed to further reduce wear. A cross roller bearing prevents displacement under load. Accuracy is guaranteed to within 15 or 20 seconds in most models.

TX-Series tables feature a built-in air booster for maximum clamping force. Inductosyn or rotary scale options are available for most models. Motor covers are air-purged to keep out moisture and foreign materials.
