Machine Vises Designed for Dual Force Part Clamping

The #9625929 Dual Force Precision Standard Machine Vise from Palmgren features hardened jaw plates and vise bed and an extra large opening. The optional swivel base allows positioning in 1° increments.

The line of Dual Force Precision Machine Vises from Palmgren, a C.H. Hanson brand, is designed for precision part clamping. "These vises are recommended for use in running production parts where flatness and parallelism are key," said a company spokesperson. "The line's design allows the moveable jaw to deliver a half pound of downward force for every pound of horizontal force. This provides all directional alignment and prevents parts from lifting upward under heavy clamping and machining loads."

The spokesperson stated that the vises are constructed to provide strength and rigidity to hold parts securely and accurately while they absorb and dampen machine vibration.
