New Compact Automatic Relubrication Unit

FlexxPump 1500, the big brother of the FlexxPump 400, is now available from Andantex USA Inc. The FlexxPump 1500 is a compact automatic relubrication unit that is designed to deliver grease efficiently with minimum quantity to the points being lubricated.
According to the company, this new FlexxPump has a larger capacity grease cartridge, 1500 cc, and can be provided with up to 10 outlets. Grease is delivered to the outlets by piston pumps capable of delivering up to 70 bars of pressure and 0.15 cc/stroke. Each pump unit controls two outlets. Additionally, there is a four-pin socket designed to connect to M12 x1 plug that provides the 24 VDC power and allows the FlexxPump to communicate with the machine PLC. The delivery rate and frequency of each outlet can be pulse-controlled from the machine PLC or time-controlled from the on-board microprocessor.
"The FlexxPump 1500 is a cost-effective unit that has minimum power consumption ~350 mA," said a company spokesperson. The system is completed with tubing, high-performance lubricants and push-in fittings.
