Accutek Partners with Spreitzer

Accutek Inc. has announced a new North American partnership with Spreitzer Germany, expanding its portfolio of premium precision workholding solutions for CNC machining and advanced manufacturing. This strategic partnership brings together Spreitzer's German engineering and manufacturing expertise with Accutek's North American sales, application knowledge, and customer support. The result is a stronger resource for manufacturers looking to improve precision, repeatability, productivity, and overall machining performance, the companies reported.

Zero Point Clamping System

Reduce set-up times and set-up costs by up to 90% with the ZPS mechanical and zero-point clamping system. Clamping devices such as centric clamps, center vises, centering devices, and machine vises can be changed quickly and easily on the clamping unit. The zero-point clamping system can increase machine running times and improve production quality. It is operated using just one central clamping screw, universal mounting on the machine table, or on fixtures is possible.

Advantages:

  • Quick changeover/swapping in
  • Precise positioning: 0.005/0.01 mm (depending on build variance)
  • Clamping device and pallets indexable by 4 x 90
  • High pull-in force, high holding force
  • Cost-effective clamping system.

Mechanical Center-Clamping Vises MZX

The MZX center-clamping vise series is a powerful, universal, and reliable clamping device for use with zero-point systems. The vise base body is prepared with system holes suitable for LANG or other market-leading systems (grid size 52 x 52 mm/96 x 96 mm).

The robust and compact design helps ensure maximum clamping forces and enables secure and efficient workpiece clamping. Whether raw part clamping with or without pre-stamping, the reversible jaw variants offer a solution for every application.
