LNS North America Announces Appointments

To better serve its customers, LNS North America has appointed Will Dickey National Product Manager for bar feeders, chip conveyors, high-pressure coolant systems and air filtration. Consolidating these product lines under one product manager will streamline operations, foster collaboration and drive innovation that develops and supports industry-leading solutions.

In a related move, Aaron Grell assumes the newly created position of Business Development Manager to help align LNS North America products and business solutions to the challenges facing manufacturing customers. In this role, Grell will focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, developing strategies and setting objectives to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving business goals.

Both Dickey and Grell have extensive manufacturing products experience with LNS and elsewhere.

Dickey joined LNS North America in 2021 as national product manager for bar feeder systems. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Lynchburg College and an MBA in international business from Xavier University, Cincinnati. His experience in business integration, account services, production and Lean Manufacturing make him a valuable member of the LNS team.

Grell has been with LNS since 2017, first as the national product manager for air filtration and from 2021 as LNS air filtration and coolant management product manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from Iowa State University and has significant experience with production management, applications engineering, project management and account services.
