The Kalamazoo Machine Tool model C370 A-NC EXT cold saw is a fully automatic heavy-duty vertical column machine engineered for vibration-free sawing. The 48" index feeder enables production of longer workpieces without having to stop and re-set indices.
The C370 A-NC EXT cold saw features infinitely variable blade speed control from 13-89 RPM to enable fine-tuning for precise sawing difficult materials. The air-over-hydraulic system provides optimum sawing rates. The saw frame can be swiveled for mitering to any desired angle up to 45° left or 60° right. The pendant mounted numeric control console is easy to use, with soft-touch controls for all set-up and sawing operations, including height/depth controls for efficient saw cycling and high productivity in volume production work. Frequent jobs can be stored for fast recall.
