High-Productivity Package Options Provide Savings

AG40L in "DASH-16" Configuration
EDM manufacturer Sodick has announced the availability of a new high-productivity package option for the AG40L. This package, the "DASH" configuration, bundles together customers' most frequently purchased options direct from the factory. Included in this configuration is Sodick's 16-position automatic tool changer, SEC-10 C-axis and combi chuck. Together, these features enable the DASH to operate unattended for an extended period of time, while still maintaining high productivity. "The DASH package, which can be added to but cannot be reduced, allows Sodick to offer this model at a significant discount as compared to a-la-carte options," said a company spokesperson.
Currently, only AG40L is available in the DASH configuration. This model continues to come with all features: rigid linear motors, ceramic insulation, automatic 3-sided drop tank and a 10-year positioning accuracy guarantee.
