Dry Cutting Metal Saws

The 8320 cuts metal up to 4-3/4" depth without coolant.

The 9410 dry cut miter saw offers stepless adjustments from -45° to +45°.

Model 9435 is a 14" chop saw that dry cuts metal pipe, plate and profiles without lubrication.

CS Unitec's line of circular saws for dry cutting metal include a portable hand-held saw, miter saw and 14" super dry cutter. Powered by Jepson, these saws cut metal plate, pipe, profiles and more without the need for coolant or manual deburring, according to the company.

The 8320 BigSaw from CS Unitec is its largest dry-cutting portable metal saw. Featuring a 12-5/8" diameter 80-tooth carbide-tipped blade capable of cutting 4-3/4" deep, the saw cuts through steel, sandwich panels, conduits, metal pipes and more. According to the company, cuts are burr-free and cool to the touch within seconds.

The saw's 16 Amp, 115 V motor delivers a free cutting speed of 1,400 RPM and features motor overload protection to prevent motor burnout. With a side-mounted tilt tray for chip disposal and an integrated dust collection port for connection to an industrial vacuum, the company reported that BigSaw can operate dust free with quick clean up. An optional guide rail with clamping system is available to make precision straight cuts through sandwich panels and sheets up to 47" in length.

CS Unitec's Model 9410 ND offers stepless adjustments from -45° to + 45°. According to the company, the 10" tungsten carbide tipped (TCT) saw blade dry cuts all metals without the need for lubrication or manual deburring. The cutting table includes a 3-step quick release clamping system for securing the workpiece. Weighing 42 lbs., the Model 9410 ND has a 13 Amp, 115 V motor that provides a speed of 1,600 RPM. The saw is designed for use at construction sites or in the fabrication shop.

The Model 9410 ND saw has a 4" depth of cut at 90° and may be used for cutting tubes, profiles and more. Additionally, it dry cuts aluminum, other nonferrous metals, plastics and composite materials. Fine cuts are produced in soft and sensitive materials. A 60-tooth TCT saw blade is supplied standard for mild steel, aluminum and other materials. CS Unitec also offers a 66-tooth blade for use on stainless steel and hard metals.

CS Unitec's 14" chop saw is designed to dry cut metal pipe, plate and profiles without the need for lubrication or manual deburring. The Model 9435 Premium Super Dry Cutter cuts up to 6" depth at 90° in stainless steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metal, plastic and aluminum and more. Precise bevel cuts up to 4-3/4" at 45° can be achieved with the patented quick-release, heavy-duty vise. The saw's 19 Amp, 115 V high-torque motor delivers a free cutting speed of 1,400 RPM. Safety features include a depth stop, safety-locking pin and protective shield.

The saw is supplied standard with a 14" 90-tooth TCT blade for cutting stainless and thin steel. A blade stabilizing system reduces vibration for high cutting quality and durability. The spindle lock system allows easy blade removal. CS Unitec offers blades for cutting medium and thick stainless steel, cast iron, mild steel and aluminum. An optional stand is also available.
