Collet Fixture for Short Runs

Kalamazoo Industries, Inc. offers its 1CC 5C collet fixture for chucks. The fixtures can be mounted in vertical and horizontal mills, machining centers, 4th axis and can be stacked for multiple parts.
According to the company, it is ideal for short runs because it allows for quick set-up of 5C collets. There is no need to remove the power chuck. Simply chuck the O.D. in the power or manual chuck, thread the collet in or out and one half turn to lock. For infinite adjustment use one half turn to unlock and release, then re-lock. The fixture is dead length for non-lateral movement of the workpiece to maintain original datum for repeat operations.
The 1CC 5C collet fixture is made in the U.S.A. with hardened and ground steel. It has drilled and tapped holes and pilot in the rear for fixture mounting.
