Hartwig Establishes Toll-Free Number for Machine Parts

Hartwig Inc. has established a toll-free number and e-mail address that will make it easier for customers to directly contact the company for replacement machine parts.
The new toll-free number for the Hartwig Parts Department is 866-646-3660 and the e-mail address is Parts@HartwigInc.com.
"The creation of this toll-free number exclusively for parts is another step toward making it easier for customers to reach Hartwig's expertise," said Seth Machlus, Vice President of Operations. "We have always had local numbers to contact us, but with our ongoing initiative to provide customers with the best total support experience felt that an 866 number that went directly to the department versus the main line would be time saving and beneficial.
"Our 11 parts representatives will be available to assist customers with orders as well as answer any parts related questions with the speed and expertise they deserve."
