Koyo Machinery U.S.A., Inc. offers the C6060 centerless grinder, for workpieces o5 - o150 mm, with the option of a conventional or CBN grinding wheel for cost reduction and stabilized quality.
The dual-supported high-speed spindle is designed to provide longer dress intervals and shorter cycle times. Low thermal displacement technique improves cold start performance. High rigidity at the grinding position offers vibration reduction and improved grinding accuracy. The machine is compact and fully enclosed, and offers easy preventative maintenance and quick changeover.
