The all-new Rush Easy-Cut Semi-Automatic Cut-Off Machine is designed and manufactured by Rush Machinery for cutting carbide or high-speed steel rod and tool ends. It has the following features:
- Capacity: 1/8" to 1-1/4" (3 to 32 mm)
- PLC controlled
- Air actuated workpiece clamping
- Workpiece stop with LCD readout
- Hydraulic feed cutting stroke with a neutral button for manual positioning/feeding
- Fully enclosed with flood coolant
- Auto shut-off
- Rugged construction in a small footprint.
