Precision Wire EDM



Seibu's M50B precision wire EDM has XYZ axis travels of 19.7" x 13.8" x 12.2" and is designed for the machining of medium size parts. According to the company, it is engineered to deliver high material removal rates while holding high cutting precision.

Its Meehanite rigid castings are hand scrapped for vibration-free cutting. The M50B features the FANUC 31iWB series control that includes a 15" TFT LCD touchscreen. The GUI for Windows graphical interface is designed to make it easy for operators to learn the control.

Seibu wire EDMs are manufactured at its ISO certified factory located in Fukuoka, Japan, and imported into the U.S. by KGK International Corp.
