Strong Hand Tools offers its FixturePoint line of modular welding tables. The FixturePoint line includes clamps and modular fixturing components for the set up of 2D and 3D frames for welding.
The FixturePoint tabletop is 24" x 36" with 16 mm holes in a 2" x 2" grid pattern. FixturePoint clamps and modular fixturing components can be inserted into the 16 mm holes at any point on the tabletop for flexibility in the set up of a variety of fixtures for dedicated, short run or one time use fixtures. Two complete modular fixturing kits are available and include table, clamps and components for the set up of fixtures for square or round tubing. The FixturePoint kits contain all the clamps and components needed to locate, stop, position, clamp and elevate (level) stock for fixturing before tack welding.
The FixturePoint table provides two height options to best accommodate available work space. Used with the tabletop frame only and set on top of an existing work surface, the maximum height is 6-1/4". Or, by using the included leg frame and setup, the FixturePoint table may be used as a stand alone work surface at a maximum height of 34". A set of four leveling feet are included.
