Blake Consdorf
InCompass, a platform company of TJM Capital Partners, has announced that Blake Consdorf has been appointed CEO of InCompass. Consdorf joined InCompass as COO in 2023 as part of the Bourn & Koch acquisition. Blake will now lead the company alongside Chris Cattoor, CFO, to drive the next phase of growth.
