Barton International will feature the Barton Abrasive Removal Tool (BART) and HYDROBLOC bricks.
BART improves the efficiency of removing spent garnet from abrasive waterjet systems. This easy-to-use, portable system achieves abrasive removal rates in excess of 3,000 lbs./hr. Made in the USA and powered by a common pressure washer, the durable stainless steel BART wand fits between the table slats and can be operated while the waterjet is running, reducing downtime.
HYDROBLOC bricks are specially designed to fully support parts during waterjet cutting. The flat, even, honeycomb surface keeps parts from falling into the tank and drains water away to minimize splash back. HYDROBLOC's laminated high-density polyethylene layers are welded and screwed together for increased durability.
